Made from 100% cane molasses, fermented for 14 days using mead yeast. This rum is then distilled, rested on oak for three months before being re-distilled. The resulting rum is bold and funky with heaps of big fruit notes.
This rum was designed for making daiquiris, Tropical fruit notes, gentle black pepper spice and bright citrus finish make for the perfect cocktail rum.
