MAPLE WHISKY MAC (limited edition)
A limited edition collaboration between Auckland based Thomson Whisky and J.M.R Cocktail & Co. We have blended Thomson Two Tone Whisky, Ginger, Bitters and a dash of maple to bring you this twist on the classic Whisky MacDonlad. Think – spice notes from the whisky and ginger, rounded out with a touch of soft maple. You can enjoy this hot or cold. For the cold version, pour over ice and garnish with a lemon wheel. For hot, pour cocktail into a heat proof vessel and add 50-100ml boiling water (depending on your taste) and garnish with a lemon wheel.

We have blended Reid + Reid Native Gin, Reid + Reid Dry Vermouth, peach aperitif, apricot brandy & peach bitters for the perfect summer drop. This is a bright, fruity, gin martini style drink. Serve cold in a martini glass or over ice with a zest of lemon.
