Employing sensitive farming practices to produce the best grapes whilst, drawing on his French training, Belsham has crafted a wine with flavours of cherry, dark berry and spice that have delicious depth. Fox is named after the explorer William Fox who named a tributary island in Marlborough, Foxes Island and in the Southern Alps, a glacier, called Fox Glacier.
