This unique Blanc de Noir was made by gently pressing the Pinot Noir two hours after picking, leaving the Pinot Noir “Naked” without its skins to ferment. This wine offers an explosion of lemon, lime, frangipani and spicy toffee apple syrup on the nose, followed by a mineral infused palate showing great thread persistence and drive. Best served slightly chilled.
